WELCOME, Y’ALL!

Hello, there! I’m happy you’re here. My name is Kaley Klasson Guleke, but most people call me, K. I am a 500hr E-RYT yoga and meditation teacher local to my hometown of Austin, Texas. I started teaching yoga at nineteen years old while also earning a double major in English and Communications at St. Edward’s University. I’ve now been teaching power and vinyasa yoga for nearly twelve years and am so thankful to share this transformative practice with the world. My classes are marked by a balance of dynamic movement and inspired focus with an intention to always leave my students feeling fully present. As a teacher, I'm passionate about artful sequencing, empowered exploration, intelligent alignment and meaningful reflection. I recently launched a Recorded Yoga Shop where you can download my class videos and practice high-quality yoga with me online in alignment with your own schedule! In addition to teaching group classes I also lead teacher trainings, facilitate workshops, host international retreats, mentor aspiring instructors, and work very closely with a roster of over 40 private clients. I have been featured on the cover of Austin Fit Magazine and contributed articles to Yoga Hawaii Magazine and Yoga Revolutionaries. I also have worked closely with dozens of collegiate, professional and olympic level athletes.

WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY

I aim to hop on my yoga mat daily, but when I'm not practicing or teaching yoga I still crave movement and love being in nature. Hiking, biking, swimming, skiing and surfing all make me so happy. Nature always leaves me feeling inspired and at peace. I love good nourishing food, a book that challenges me and adventuring to new places! I cherish the meaningful relationships in my life and am beyond grateful to be surrounded by wonderful friends, a supportive family and the most loving husband. The blessings and benefits of yoga changed how I see and experience the world around me — yoga is truly my lens for living. And so, I am honored, humbled and grateful to share this wonderful practice with you!

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. But you are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” – Marianne Williamson
